Blake Johnson, President
Blake has an extensive construction background and has been involved in all areas of construction over the past 15 years. Blake has a RCAT License in Commercial & Residential Roofing, and is always attending CE courses and other opportunities to ensure he is up to date with all changes in our industry to provide the best products and workmanship for our customers. As the owner, Blake is involved in all areas of the company, but his passion is on the job site and meeting with current or prospective clients.
Lindsey Johnson, Office Manager
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a BBA degree in Marketing, Lindsey worked in sales, customer service and human resources. For 7 years, Lindsey was a licensed property claims adjuster and team manager with a large insurance company. Lindsey joined Triple Crown in 2013 to assist with the administrative and accounting needs of the company.
Bryan Burney, Sales Manager
Bryan has an extensive background in Sales, Customer Service & Coaching. Bryan joined our team in 2015 as a Sales Representative. Bryan works direct with each Commercial & Residential customer. When not busy with work, Bryan can be found coaching youth basketball & youth baseball/softball.
Adam Dowell, Commercial Foreman
Adam has over 18 years of general construction experience and specializes in roofing, carpentry & framing. Adam manages our TPO/PVC commercial roofing crews & all metal roofing projects. When Adam isn't on the job site, you will find him hunting or at the gym.
Jose Gonzales, Commercial Supervisor
Jose has worked for Triple Crown for 5 years and has over 20 years of construction experience. Jose assists with all areas of construction for both commercial & residential clients. When Jose is not working, he enjoys time with his wife & two children & working on his farm.
Pat Rhodes, Production Manager
Pat has a degree from Texas A&M Commerce with 8+ years in the storm restoration industry. Pat began his career as a Ladder Assist for large insurance companies, and has also been certified by HAAG and Rope & Harness Certified. Pat joined our team in 2018 and is involved in both Commercial & Residential projects.
Rusty Harden, Commercial Sales
Rusty is a 28-year veteran of education as a teacher, coach, principal, director, and assistant superintendent. His experience, leadership, and professionalism is a valuable asset to Triple Crown. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Education from Texas A&M - Commerce. Rusty enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and daughters, Taylor and Brooke.
Laura Romero, Office Assistant
Laura is usually the first person you speak with or see when you contact or come into our office. Laura is bi-lingual and has a background in customer service & software training. Laura has worked for Triple Crown since 2016 and assists the office with various tasks, including file management, warranties, & vendors.
